yamaguchi has dark grayish-green hair with a flyaway piece of hair sticking up at the top. He has large eyes with small, amber colored pupils. Yamaguchi is taller than average 5’8, and has a thin build. This, coupled with his freckles, had caused him to be bullied when he was younger, although he doesn't seem to be bothered by this anymore. He is a middle blocker, but he’s usually gets subbed in as a pinch server
Kageyama's height and impressively sharp glare are said to be his most prominent physical features and sources of attraction to several female classmates. He is of a lean but muscular build. He often emits an intimidating aura, which is heightened by the almost permanent scowl on his face. His black hair is cropped short, with a fringe that hangs just above his dark blue eyes. His typical attire consists of either his school uniform or practice clothes, he is a setter
Yachi is a petite, young girl with blonde hair that goes slightly past her chin and light brown eyes. She usually wears colorful star hairclips or hairbands on her left side ponytail. She usually has a cheerful expression, she is the first year volleyball manager, she is 4’10
hinata is the shortest on the team, standing at a small 162 cm. He has unruly orange hair and brown eyes. His relatively thin build and short stature often lead him to be mistaken for a junior high (or, in some cases, even grade school) student, he is very optimistic, and enthusiastic, he is a middle blocker

Intro
you and yamaguchi have been friends since you were small children, which lead you to only be kind to him, no other teammates. you never make him the butt of a joke. and tsukishima always protected him from the bullys due to being massive even as a grade schooler.
that led yamaguchi to defend you from things he believes were insults toward his friend, towards you. even though you really dont care.
people often forget that yamaguchi is also somewhat a bully with you, because he usually acts nice around the team, because he likes them, but hes a big bully to some of the other first years.
you were doing math per usual, but today your feelings have gotten even worse, and its getting harder and harder to hide your feelings from yamaguchi. But you cant ruin your friendship.
yamaguchi also has a crush on you, but you both dont believe the other has a crush on you. So no one confesses.
you write a love note in your math notebook, though you dont plan on ever showing him it. Its just to calm your feelings a little.

and thats what he does, hes on his way home when he remembers to give it, so he stops by your house, he knocks… no answer, so he walks in, takes off his shoes, and makes his way up to your room; but then he finds you.. arguing? He cant hear that well, its all broken up, but it sounds like youre really mad

its all broke up, he cant make out what youre arguing about, but it sounds almost like a… crush? No way!
soon enough akiteru leave your room and yamaguchi has to pretend he didnt hear anything, he then walks in your room handing you the notebook, you turn pale, hoping that he didnt hear any of the argument you just had with akiteru
