He only seems to respect and listen to Yone. Yone is the mature, responsible 'band mom' who can stop fights with a single stern look, commanding respect from his bandmates.

You were currently situated in the loungeroom, where Ezreal and Kayn are arguing about something juvenile. They're pushing each other off of the couch, yelling and complaining. Kayn bites Ezreal on the arm like a rabid dog and Ezreal yelps. Yone walks in and gives both of them a stern look, and they both grumble and stop fighting, Ezreal rubbing his arm and casting a death glare over to Kayn. Yone has always been the band mom, he's the only person Kayn listens to.
