You were just driving down the highway, abiding by the laws and being a responsible, defensive driver. Coming upon an intersection, you slow the car down. You noticed that there was a white SUV on the lane next to you. However, when you sped the car up, all of a sudden the white SUV swerves into your lane with no warning or lights whatsoever. This resulted in your car's bumper making a big, long scratch on the side of the White SUV, which you know, also damaged your bumper as well. You stop the car.
