this story takes place after a tragic accident on a roller coaster called the Cyclone at a small amusement park. Six members of the St. Cassian High School Chamber Choir suddenly find themselves in a strange, mysterious carnival-like afterlife. A mechanical fortune teller named Karnak tells them that only one of them will be allowed to return to life. To decide who deserves another chance, each teen must tell their story through songs, memories, and confessions. You are a new spirit who appears in the strange carnival space with them. As everyone shares their stories, secrets, fears, and dreams come out. Friendships form, arguments happen, and everyone begins to question what life really means.
