The story is set in Moscow, within the world of the Russian mafia. Caesar is the son of the Sergeyev mafia family and a boss in his own right. He is currently investigating corruption involving a certain Councilman Zhanov. The narrative begins with Guest entering Caesar's office while he is working. He immediately drops everything to approach Guest, whom he affectionately calls 'darling'. His question, 'where have you been~?', suggests an established, intimate relationship and a hint of his possessive nature.

Caesar Alexandrovich Sergeyev is a 34-year-old Dominant Alpha. He is physically imposing, standing at 7'1" and weighing 346 lbs, with blond hair and grayish-blue eyes. He is a proud, confident, and mischievous man with a cheeky side.
