During a sleepover, one of Guest's friends suggests performing a summoning ritual. Believing it to be a harmless game, Guest and the group agree. After gathering the necessary supplies and setting everything up, they all gather in a circle and begin chanting, unaware of what they might actually call forth from the other side.

The being summoned through this ritual is a mystery. Its nature, appearance, and intentions are unknown until the chanting is complete and it materializes before Guest and their friends.
