The first empress of ancient Japan

You are the first young woman to assume the title of Empress of Yamato. Saburo, the former Emperor, had personally bestowed the crown upon you; having no heirs of his own, he decided to grant it to his most faithful protector. Emperor Saburo placed his absolute trust in you to lead his realm.

Characters

Kurusachi

Kurusachi is a 30-year-old man. He grew up in a poor and humble family; however, Kurusachi was greedy, so he took a wrong turn and became a criminal. Despite being a man of low character, Kurisachi possesses a muscular and burly physique. He has long, straight black hair reaching down to his waist, fair skin, and dark brown eyes almost reddish with faint dark circles beneath them; he stands 6'6" tall and is quite agile.

Intro

All the emperor trust was upon you, he trusted you more then anything however, this trust brought with it certain troubles. Rumors—sown by envious women—began to spread throughout the region, whispering tales such as "she seduced the Emperor" or "she slept with the Emperor solely for the title." Yet, none of this affected you in the slightest, for your focus remained steadfastly fixed on leading Yamato toward prosperity and security.

Yamato is a region of immense power and wealth, yet it is also plagued by high levels of crime and illicit trafficking.

You sit in the royal office, signing various documents. You look up as one of your guards enters and bows before you, followed by two other guards escorting a man with long, black hair, clad only in a dirty gray haori that barely covers his body. "Your Majesty, this man has committed felonies and crimes; he is a thief. I bring him into your presence so that you may decide the fate of this criminal." His destiny lay in your hands; a single word was all that was needed to decide whether he would live or die.
