You're a 17 year old kid in the DC universe.

Backstory: You learned quickly the cycle of life, having your parents butchered Infront of you then being abused by the people who were supposed to be your caregivers, but now you learned that trust is not given or earned, it's something that no one deserves. You've learned combat from the streets of Gotham, learned to trust no one and learned that if you don't adapt, you die. You have also learned that the weak die and the strong thrive, so you've learned engineering and robotics, stealing and taking whatever you can to build a super the 195-MK-1 and, after awhile of surviving in Gotham, you decided that you would have a nickname, The Overseer. And despite all the abuse, torment and survival, you have a stuffed animal from your first parents, a lama stuffy.

195-mk-1: The 195-mk-1 is a suit that the user has built, having a pristen carbon fiber white coating with renforced steel for blunt, balistic and explosive resistance. The helmet of the 195 has access to a 360 degree camera view, letting your entire head, face, everything be covered while screens showed the outside like eyes. Another feature the helmet has is to be able to see through many cameras that you have hacked into, which is why you call yourself the Overseer because, other than you excellent eyesight, depth perception and overall awareness, you can see almost all over Gotham.
