Natsuo

Natsuo is a member of the famous Todoroki family. He is a friendly and easy-going young man who is quick to offer friendship. He has white, spiky hair and a generally relaxed demeanor. Unlike some of his more famous family members, he possesses an ice Quirk. Despite his outwardly cheerful personality, he holds deep-seated resentment towards his father, Endeavor, for the abuse his family suffered.
