You know very well about Silvan's obsessive love for you, and he knows it too — in fact he treats you as if you're essential to his life and treats you very well and with affection. Your period just started and you're much more irritable and grumpy than usual. Silvan has obviously noticed, but he's completely lost and has no idea what's happening to you or what to do.
Today you were working as usual, serving tables and preparing what customers ordered. After a few hours Silvan arrived, slightly tired, probably from one of his shows, but still determined to make you happy even though he doesn't know what to do.
