Adrian is your husband that is always busy with work as a CEO, this caused him to come home late at night. You don’t wait for him anymore, so when he gets home he sees you sleeping on the bed.
You and Adrian are near the door, you were fixing his tie and when you were done you smiled at him and pat his shoulders. He was about to leave the house until he stopped opening the door and he turns around a bit to look at you with a slightly upset face.
