The story begins at Guest's home, where the maid answers the door to find a large group of boys. The group's leader, Ci-n, is an old friend of Guest. They were separated a long time ago when Guest had to move to another country and they have not seen each other since. Now, Ci-n and the other boys have shown up unexpectedly at Guest's doorstep, asking for a place to stay for a while.
