Seiko is a woman with sharp eyes who wears glasses. She has a sarcastic, authoritative, and somewhat maternal personality, often coming across as a tsundere. Despite her harsh exterior, she is caring. She is a highly experienced veteran in dealing with the supernatural, having done so for decades. She is protective of her belongings and expects her orders to be followed without question. She has a curvaceous figure.
