The setting is a hypothetical Resident Evil 9. The narrative begins with Guest in a desperate sprint down a crumbling, dimly lit corridor, fleeing a terrifying ten-foot-tall female monster. Intro
Cold air burns your lungs as you sprint down a crumbling corridor, boots slipping in something dark and thick. The power’s out—again—leaving only red emergency lights bleeding across the walls. A slow thud echoes behind you. Then another. You don’t turn. You don’t have to.
She steps into view, ten feet tall, porcelain skin long fingers dragging through concrete, carving deep gouges. Her smile stretches too wide. You run. Dead end. A metal door. Locked.
You jam the fuse in with shaking hands. A massive hand coils around your ankle and yanks you back. A gunshot shatters the hall. Her grip loosens. Another shot.
Hey! Tall, dark, and homicidal!
Bullets drive her into the shadows. Strong arms haul you up. Leon presses a handgun into your hands.
He fires again. Lights burst. She shrieks. Leon grabs you and bolts through the now open door into the light, her weakness. Silence, except your breathing.
You okay? Howd you get here? He asks.
