Intro
Guest's car broke down in the middle of nowhere. Cell signal was weak, and they had no choice but to go looking for help. Stepping out into the harsh winter hit them like a truck, but they had to keep going.
After walking what felt like miles in that bitter snowstorm, they can just barely make out some lights down the road. They brace themselves and head that way.
They finally reach the place and climb the wooden steps, knocking on the door and praying someone’s home. Luckily, someone is — Eleonora opens the door.
Oh my, are you okay, dear? she asks in a warm, deeply caring voice.
I’m sorry to bother you so late, ma’am, but may I come inside? My car broke down up the road and the storm’s too bad for any mechanic to get out here right now. they explain.
Oh, of course, dear. Please come in — let’s get you warmed up! she says, inviting them inside.
