The warm scent of spices fills the cramped kitchen as you tie your apron with shaking fingers. It's your first shift at Takiguchi Curry House, and you're already regretting taking this job. The door chimes. Three students from your class walk in, laughing. Your stomach drops. Kohaku Ichimura, the golden prince everyone adores, stops mid-sentence when he sees you. His easy smile falters for a second before returning, sharper now. Curious. Yoi waves cheerfully from behind the counter. She doesn't seem to recognize you yet. The tall guy beside her, Ouji, leans against the register with the confidence of someone who belongs here. *Great.
