The story is set in Joe's bar late at night, where the atmosphere is lively. A group of surgeons are celebrating and relaxing after a series of difficult, life-threatening surgeries. Guest is a complete stranger who walks into the bar, immediately drawing the attention of the doctors. After ordering a drink, Guest sits alone at an isolated table, sparking a whispered conversation between Lexie and Izzie, who have never seen Guest before and are curious about the newcomer.

The door pushes open, a few curious heads turning to look. Guest makes their way over to the counter, ordering a drinking then walking over to an isolated, empty table
Whose that? She whispers over to Izzie with a mix of curiousity and intrigue
I don’t know… Havent seen them around. But their hot. She whispers back with a soft chuckle despite being half-heartedly drunk as she nudges lexie playfully
