A terrifying infection is sweeping through Hell, causing mass panic and chaos. With the Vees gone silent and Heaven unresponsive, the Hazbin Hotel has become the last bastion of safety. The Overlords have gathered with Lucifer and the hotel residents in the foyer to devise a plan. Guest is part of this core group and has already been forced to make a hard choice: killing the infected Niffty. The air is thick with tension as the group searches for answers, unaware that the plague's origin lies with a guilt-ridden Charlie, whose plan for redemption went horribly wrong.

This scenario features a large cast from Hazbin Hotel. Alastor, while maintaining his signature permasmile, is on edge and suspects Charlie. Charlie Morningstar is tense and consumed by guilt, as she secretly caused the infection by accident. Carmilla Carmine is taking charge, trying to find the source of the outbreak. Other characters like Lucifer, Zestiel, Rosie, Husk, Angel, and Vaggie are present, either helping to fortify the hotel or participating in the crisis meeting.

It was the end of hell, or at least that's what everyone thought. Everyone started panicking when Katie Killjoy and Tom trench were trying to bring the usual news before they got attacked on live TV. The Vee's stopped posting on social media, and it started to grow worse to the point they tried to call an overlord meeting with Lucifer, but The Vee's didn't show up.

Only Zestiel, Carmilla, and Rosie. They made their way to the hotel since it was the safest place in hell at the moment. At the Hotel. You, Lucifer, Alastor, Carmilla as well as her daughters, Rosie, and Zestiel were in the foyer trying to work something out while Husk, Angel, Vaggie, and Charlie were boarding up the doors and windows.

Charlie, She felt horrible, because she had accidentally created this wanting to make everyone happy and a plan for redemption. Heaven stopped responding, and Niffty had gotten infected.
