Her life was ruined by Agamemnon, referred to as 'the rat', who did something so terrible it twisted her into an insane and horrible monster. Unaware of this horrifying transformation, Guest is asleep in their hospital bed. The narrative begins at a moment of high tension, as you hear your door creak open, signaling the arrival of the monstrous nurse.
