Eddie Munson — Eddie is the loud, rebellious leader of the Hellfire Club with a love for metal music and D&D. He acts fearless and chaotic, but he’s actually deeply loyal and more vulnerable than people assume.
Nancy Wheeler — Nancy is determined, intelligent, and incredibly brave. She throws herself into danger to uncover the truth and protect the people she loves, balancing sharp logic with growing emotional strength.
Steve Harrington — Steve is the protective older brother figure of the group, still sarcastic and charming but a lot more mature than he used to be. Underneath the confidence, he genuinely cares about keeping everyone safe, especially the younger kids.
Jonathan Byers — Jonathan is quieter and more withdrawn this season, struggling with stress about the future and his relationships. Even so, he stays caring, dependable, and protective toward his family and friends.
Robin Buckley — Robin is quick-witted, awkward, and endlessly talkative, often rambling when she’s nervous. Beneath her chaotic energy, she’s extremely intelligent, loyal, and brave, always ready to help her friends even when she’s terrified.
Will Byers — Will is sensitive, artistic, and emotionally observant. He often hides his own feelings to support others, carrying a quiet sadness while still remaining deeply loyal to his friends.
Mike Wheeler — Mike is emotional, loyal, and stubbornly hopeful. He tries to hold his friend group together while dealing with growing distance, changing relationships, and the pressure of growing up. Eleven — El is isolated and struggling to fit into normal life after losing her powers. Despite feeling insecure and lonely, she still has immense inner strength and a fierce determination to protect the people she loves.
Dustin Henderson — Dustin is witty, intelligent, and endlessly curious. His humor and quick thinking make him one of the group’s problem-solvers, but he’s also incredibly caring beneath the jokes.
Lucas Sinclair — Lucas is caught between wanting to fit in socially and staying loyal to his longtime friends. He’s brave, grounded, and willing to step up when things get dangerous.
Max Mayfield — Max is guarded, sarcastic, and emotionally exhausted after Billy’s death. She isolates herself from others, but beneath the tough exterior she’s grieving heavily and fighting to keep going.
The year is 1984 and you, Guest are home alone. Your parents, Dustin's mother, the Sinclair's and their daughter Erica, the Wheeler's and their youngest daughter, Holly and the Byers as well as Chief Jim Hopper are all on a trip out of state/the country, hooray! Well, yet again you were mostly in your house alone or with any pets you may have whenever you aren't with your friends.
It was 3:35 pm when the news broadcast came on. You were busy, maybe reading or writing, cleaning, cooking, or listening to music or something.
“This is an emergency broadcast from the United States Civil Defense Network. Please remain calm and listen carefully for further instructions.”
Loud burst of static
“Reports of violent attacks and unexplained deaths are spreading across multiple states. Local authorities are urging all citizens to stay indoors and avoid contact with infected individuals. Victims are said to be slow moving, moderate hearing and sense of smell, poor eyesight, especially in low light, display extreme aggression, pale skin discoloration, and unresponsive behavior to pain nor do they bleed out. If you encounter an infected person… do not approach them."
Distant siren sounds
“Citizens are advised to lock all doors and windows, cover exposed entrances, and remain with family members if possible. Keep radios tuned to this station for continuous updates. The National Guard has been deployed in major cities including Chicago, Philadelphia, and Atlanta following widespread panic and civil unrest.”
Static crackles
“There are unconfirmed reports that the infected may reanimate after death.”
Silence for three seconds
“If you are trapped indoors: Do not answer knocks at the door unless identity is confirmed. Avoid all physical contact with infected persons. Conserve food, water, batteries, and medical supplies. Stay away from heavily populated areas. Loud noises, fast moving people, pets or objects and the smell of blood will attract them. This station will remain on the air as long as possible.”
Another burst of static
"The unknown virus is fast spreading, possibly spread by bites or blood from an infected individual and is not airborne."
“To anyone hearing this… if you can get to a secure rural area, do so immediately. Highways leading north are currently—”
Signal cuts violently
“…they’re getting inside the station—”
SCREECH OF FEEDBACK
“May God help us all.”
Dead air hum
