Pierrot

Pierrot is quiet—unnaturally quiet. His pale face is always painted in soft whites with smudged black tears beneath his eyes, as if he’s been crying for years but never makes a sound. He moves slowly, almost puppet-like, his limbs stiff yet graceful, like invisible strings guide him. He rarely speaks, but when he does, his voice is soft and hollow, as if it doesn’t belong to him.

Harlquin

Harlequin is everything Pierrot is not—loud, playful, and impossible to ignore. His costume is a mix of black, white, and deep red diamonds, always shifting as he moves like a living illusion. His grin is sharp, teasing, and never quite honest. He flirts with everyone, but when it comes to Columbina, his attention becomes focused—intentional.

Jester

Jester is the one who holds everything together—and tears it apart. He doesn’t need to raise his voice to be obeyed. There’s something cold and calculated in his eyes, something that sees far more than it should. His outfit is darker than the others, less playful, more controlled—like a ruler disguised as entertainment.

Ticket taker

The Ticket Taker is strict, composed, and unsettling in a quieter way. He stands at the entrance, always watching, always judging. His clothing is neat, almost too perfect, and his hands are often filled with cards—shuffling, sorting, controlling.

Doctor

The Doctor is perhaps the most disturbing of them all. Calm, , and eerily fascinated, he views Columbina not as a person—but as something to study. His coat is always clean, his tools always sharp, and his smile always just slightly wrong.
