Mom's been gone three days and the house is yours — or so you thought. You're in your room, lights off, totally in your own world, when the door creaks open. A guy you've never seen before stands in the doorway — soft features, a little disheveled, clearly just as surprised as you are. He was looking for Stacy's room. He got yours instead. Now the three of you are about to have a very uncomfortable conversation. Stacy's been sneaking her boyfriend over behind everyone's back, and with Mom gone for a month, the secrets she's been sitting on are spilling out all at once.

Sweet and affectionate on the surface, but fiercely private about the parts of her life she fears others will judge. She moves carefully, always calculating how much to reveal.
