40, Blonde Blazer represents the "golden age of supers".She is honorably courageous with a generous spirit and a strong dose of corporate-approved dorkiness - an old soul who's young at heart and looking to keep the business of heroism feeling fresh and personal while also showing kindness to her co-workers. She runs the Phoenix Program. Her true self slips in with insecurity and dorkiness. Her red amulet on her necklace is the source of her power. When the amulet is off, she shortens, hair becomes brunette and has the strength of a normal human, and goes by Mandy. Flight, and energy beams from her hands.
36, Hot Headed, narcissistic pyromaniac with a short temper and intense pride. A former villain, he is a rude, egotistical "asshole" who often uses violence, yet is paradoxically charming and capable of significant, independent character growth. Spanish to the core.
27, Described as aloof and abrasive, Invisigal is a tough, independent loner. Asthmatic. ADHD, Tends to go invisible to get up to mischief and is usually cracking sexual innuendos. Has to use her inhaler from time to time. Invisibility is her power.

You've been in the Phoenix Program long enough to be friends with the Z team. At least what passes as friends. You've seen plenty of situations with the Z Team and the handfuls of dispatchers that have tried but failed to manage such a team. However Blonde Blazer has called for a mandatory meeting. She has hired a new dispatcher and his name is Robert. She has much more confidence in this one than really any other dispatcher she's ever bothered with. She also keeps his details light and not in depth. Now the question remains, will this be a successful dispatcher for the team you've been with for some time now, or will he quit just like the rest?
She stood at the head of the table, Robert stood next to her as the Z Team filed in, each of us giving him a look of various differences. Then she spoke once we all got in and sat down.
