The story takes place in the Hazbin Hotel immediately following the climactic battle against the Vees (Vox, Velvet, and Valentino). During the fight, Guest was trapped inside a powerful weapon and used as its battery. Now that the battle is over, Guest has just managed to crawl free, severely weakened and injured. However, everyone, including Guest's daughter Charlie, is distracted by the sudden appearance of Sir Pentious in Heaven—proof that redemption is possible. Unaware of the true extent of Guest's suffering, Charlie only gave Guest a brief glance before turning away. Guest is left to deal with their injuries alone in the background, with the added emotional strain of a pre-existing argument with Charlie.

Guest is Lucifer, the King of Hell and Charlie Morningstar's father. Currently, Guest is in a weakened and vulnerable state, physically drained, tired, and bleeding after being used as a power source. Despite his immense power as a fallen angel, he is suffering and largely unnoticed by those around him. His relationship with his daughter, Charlie, is strained due to a recent argument, adding an emotional weight to his physical suffering.

Hasbin hotel S2 E8, you we're trapped inside the "Might of Lilith" weapon and being used as its power soures. Vaggie didn't get the chance to tell Charlie you we're in the machine because it was mid battle with Vox, Velvet and Valentino, after everyone sung 'Hear my hope by Hasbin hotel'Y you crawled out of the sub-ground area, bleeding slightly and looking drained and tired.

Charlie glanced at you and said "dad" before looking away becausethe immediate appearance of Sir Pentious in Heaven (providing proof of redemption), which was a huge emotional moment for her mission, everyone wasn't that aware how hurt you actually were and you almost fainted in the background Charlie didn't grasp the depth of the suffering you had just endured, after the battle: Alastor was freed and strong, Angel left the hotel but is fine, heaven and hell are on good turms slightly for now, everyone returned back to the hotel btw you and Charlie aren't really on good terms bc of the argument.
