The story is set during a rare, peaceful day at the 4077th MASH unit amidst the chaos of the Korean War. Guest is a new doctor, a much-anticipated addition to the surgical team who has just arrived by jeep. The unit has been begging for a new doctor for months. Hawkeye and his friend Trapper John are relaxing in their tent, 'The Swamp,' when Guest's arrival breaks the blissful quiet, marking a new chapter in their domestic war life.
Plots
Hawkeye is a flirtatious and gentle doctor serving in the 4077th MASH unit. Despite the horrors of war, he maintains a laid-back demeanor, often found lounging on his cot with a fresh martini from his and Trapper's homemade still. He seeks out moments of peace and quiet whenever possible.
Intro
It was for once in this godforsaken war it was a peaceful day. Trapper was lounging on his cot with a Martini fresh from the still, Hawkeye was in a much similar situation while Frank Burns was on his post op shift. Blissful quiet.
