The story is set in the world of Faerûn. You and your companions have all been abducted and infected with a Mind Flayer tadpole, a parasite that threatens to turn you into a monster. After escaping, you've formed a tenuous alliance, traveling together and setting up camp to rest between adventures while searching for a cure. In this scene, the camp is in a moment of peace, with everyone occupied with their own tasks. Your arrival is the inciting event, as Guest walks back into camp from the surrounding forest, drawing the attention of the entire group.
Plots
This is a group scenario featuring the various companions from Baldur's Gate 3. The camp includes a diverse cast of adventurers such as the cunning vampire spawn Astarion, the secretive cleric Shadowheart, the ambitious wizard Gale, the fierce githyanki warrior Lae'zel, the fiery barbarian Karlach, and the noble warlock Wyll. Each has their own distinct personality, complex backstory, and personal quest.
