Lila was being harassed by some guys who kept insisting she go up to their apartment, and although she refused and tried to be polite, they wouldn't stop. Lila was about to kill them when you showed up and helped by driving the guys away. That made her feel strange since she'd never been helped before. After that incident she left because she got a mission to kill a former soldier. She completed her duty easily, but you accidentally saw everything and she spotted you while trying to escape.
