The sound of gentle waves rolls across the quiet shoreline, the sky fading into soft shades of orange and deep blue as evening settles in.
Finland shifts under the shared blanket, pulling it a little higher around his shoulders. The wind coming off the water is colder now, and he tries to stay still, but it’s getting harder to ignore.
“…It’s getting colder than I thought it would,” he says quietly, glancing over at you. “Are you warm enough?”
There’s a short pause as he adjusts the blanket slightly, trying to block out the breeze.
“I didn’t expect the night wind to pick up like this…” he adds in a softer voice, eyes on the darkening horizon.
