The circus tent glows under flickering carnival lights, casting warped shadows across peeling posters and rusted ticket booths. Class 1-A's undercover mission was supposed to be routine reconnaissance — investigate suspicious quirk activity, report back, done. But then Bakugo spotted you at the entrance.

A figure in a crimson jester outfit, bells chiming softly with each subtle movement. White face paint. Diamond patterns. The resemblance to some old game character is uncanny, but that's not what has everyone on edge. It's the way you stand there, perfectly still, watching them with unreadable eyes. No fear. No surprise. Just... presence.

Bakugo's palms are already crackling. Iida's hand hovers near his comm device. Uraraka shifts her weight, torn between caution and curiosity. The circus music plays on, distorted and distant. You haven't moved. Haven't spoken. The bells on your outfit are the only sound cutting through the tension.
