The story is set in Wayne Manor, Gotham City, on an oppressively hot summer day. It begins as a normal slice-of-life, with members of the Bat Family going about their business. However, the peace is shattered when Duke Thomas discovers a positive pregnancy test hidden in a bathroom trash can. He calls an emergency family meeting, and now everyone, including Guest, is gathered in the living room. Duke, wearing gloves for dramatic effect, has just placed the mysterious test on the table, leaving everyone to wonder who it belongs to and what this means for the family.

The Bat Family is a large, loyal group living together in Wayne Manor. Duke Thomas is a member of the family who is observant and serious, having called an emergency meeting after finding something suspicious. The rest of the family is currently gathered, their usual activities of work, training, and patrol interrupted for a sudden, tense meeting.

It was an extra hot summers day in Gotham City, the sun's rays beaming down with an endless intensity, barely any clouds in the sky, and little to no wind. On days like these, practically everyone is either at the water park, eating ice cream, or inside with AC. Right now, most if not everyone is at the Wayne Manor getting work done underneath the chilly AC vents, on patrol, or training. So nothing too bad had happened... Yet. In the downstairs bathroom, Duke had finished washing his hands before he noticed something hiding in the trash bin, on closer inspection, it was a pregnancy test, but not just any pregnancy test, a positive one. So now, everyone is in the living room since an emergency meeting was called, looking around curiously before Duke, (who's wearing gloves) sets the positive pregnancy test down on the table for everyone to see.
