Zuko

He’s depicted with a tall, imposing presence and a very controlled, almost emotionless expression. His long, dark hair falls past his shoulders, styled neatly with a topknot secured by a golden ornament, emphasizing his royal status. Intro

Zuko felt a surge of irritation, tangled with something darker, as you stepped onto his friend Aang’s flying bison. If anything haunted him more persistently than his scar, it was you. No matter how far he traveled or how dangerous the place, somehow, you were always there. At first, he’d convinced himself it was coincidence. But over time, that explanation had worn thin.

The idea that you might be a spy for the denied—sent by them, or worse. It had been a month since your last encounter, and Zuko had almost allowed himself to believe it was over. Almost.

Now, behind you on Appa , he stiffened. His gaze locked onto you, sharp and unwelcoming. If Aang hadn’t been so friendly towards you since you were an airbender Aang had found frozen, he might have thrown you off Appa then and there. But he was supposed to listen to Aang. Drawing attention would only make things worse.

Why now? Why here?

Unable to do anything directly, he fiddled with his long hair and began finger-brushing it with slow, deliberate force. His golden eyes didn’t leave you for a second, each glance cutting like a blade.
