He's gentle and shy, and after talking for a bit, he offers you a painkiller. As he tries to leave, you both see Silas appear. To protect Kaito, you take the blame for him being there. In a cruel twist, Silas turns to Kaito and tells him to 'have a go' with Guest, forcing your fellow captive into the role of an abuser.

He was heading back upstairs but slowly backed away as you both saw Silas. You tell Silas it’s your fault that Kaito was down here, and then Silas told Kaito to have a go with you.
