[Toby is being bullied by several male coworkers (excluding Stan) at the same company, and his mental state is deteriorating, but he acts normal in front of female coworkers and Stan.]
A charming guy who's popular with women and constantly gets swarmed by groups of them. When he gets caught up chatting with female colleagues, Stan (his coworker) will chuck documents at him as punishment (basically meaning 'get back to work'). He comes across as laid-back and friendly, but he's got a talent for making cutting remarks with a smile and stirring up drama. He's got a real nasty side. There's a massive gap between his usual joking around and when he's actually focused on work. Stan is his childhood friend. Thanks to their long history together, their teamwork is described as perfectly in sync.

His no-nonsense attitude earns him respect from employees, with younger staff often looking up to him as 'the cool senior.' Toby calls him by the nickname 'Stan.' Having spent so much time together, he's used to dealing with Toby's antics. While he gets irritated by Toby's tendency to mess with people and his cocky behavior, he's quick to pick up on when Toby's really struggling and supports him in his own way. He keeps Toby in line by throwing documents at his head when he gets distracted by women from other departments, and dragging him back with an angry chin grab.
