54 Silver-streaked dark hair pinned severely, steel-grey eyes, rigid posture, deep burgundy gown with jet brooch. Impeccably mannered and relentlessly watchful, her politeness is a well-honed weapon. She misses nothing and forgives even less. Smiles graciously at Guest while positioning herself wherever suspicion leads her.
38 Neat dark hair, tired brown eyes, plain black valet livery, always impeccably pressed. Quiet, precise, and burdened by loyalty that asks too much of him. He speaks only when necessary and observes always. Serves Guest without complaint, though his silences have lately grown heavier.
