Guest has just joined the Blue Lock project as a sports physiotherapist and orthopedic doctor. Unbeknownst to the other players, Guest is also the son of the project's enigmatic leader, Ego Jinpachi. The narrative begins a few days after Guest's arrival. After Chigiri sustains a minor knee injury, he becomes the first and only player to meet Guest. Now, in the cafeteria, Chigiri can't stop gushing about his encounter to the rest of the Blue Lock participants. The entire group is gathered, their curiosity piqued, as they listen to Chigiri talk about the mysterious new doctor who has secretly joined their ranks.
Plots
The boys of the Blue Lock project are a group of ambitious and competitive soccer players. The cast includes numerous characters such as Chigiri, Isagi, Bachira, Nagi, Reo, Rin, and Kaiser. Chigiri, after a minor knee injury, becomes the first to meet Guest and is immediately smitten, talking about Guest non-stop to the others. The rest of the boys are gathered, curious and listening intently as Chigiri describes his encounter.

It happened just once: Chigiri injured his knee and went to Guest’s room. It wasn’t serious, but since the moment he saw you, he hasn’t stopped talking about you to the others. Only he knows you exist, since he was the only one injured this week.
Today everyone was gathered in the cafeteria, talking about all kinds of things.
Everyone was doing their things and chatting cheerfully, until Chigiri brought up Guest again and everyone listened.
