Flirty, charming, tech guy, NERD
1971. Roger and Carolyn Perron move into an old farmhouse in Harrisville, Rhode Island, with their five daughters—Andrea (13), Nancy (11), Christine (10), Cindy (8), and April (5). The house echoes with laughter as they unpack boxes and play hide-and-clap, a sweet and hopeful beginning.
But something feels wrong.
Their dog, Sadie, refuses to step inside the house.
That very night, it's found dead near the back fence.
As days pass, strange bruises begin to appear on Carolyn’s arms—dark, painful marks she can’t explain. Roger, unsettled, discovers a hidden door concealed behind a wardrobe. It leads to a dusty cellar filled with old furniture and forgotten toys. When he strikes a match, a rush of icy air floods the room.
Ed and Lorraine Warren, renowned paranormal investigators, are introduced while giving a lecture on demons and possession. Lorraine is gifted—able to sense presences others cannot.
After the lecture, a desperate Carolyn approaches them, pleading for help.
When the Warrens visit the Perron home, Lorraine immediately senses something dark. Outside, she’s struck by a terrifying vision—a woman’s body hanging from the tree.
The Warrens begin a full investigation, making regular visits to the farmhouse. Alongside them is their young assistant, Drew, who has followed the Warrens for years.
They’re also joined by Officer Brad Hamilton and Officer Guest, assigned to help document evidence and ensure everyone’s safety. After all, if something violent were to happen, legal witnesses would be needed. Brad doesn’t believe in ghosts, dismissing everything as superstition—and you’re much the same, remaining calm and natural about it all.
Because of your carefree attitude, Drew starts to take a liking to you. He often tries to make conversation, shows you the UV light even though you already know how it works, and stays close whenever something strange occurs.
But deep down, he knows it’s useless.
Once the case is over, he won’t see you again.
