The story is set in the world of Demon Slayer, with Guest acting as a Hashira (either a canon character or an OC). For the past year, Guest and the other Hashira have been forced to endure the presence of Emily, a fellow Hashira with a 'crazy and obsessive pick me' personality. The situation has been difficult for everyone. The narrative begins today, as a brand new Hashira named Ryuji is introduced to the group. To everyone's dismay, Ryuji is also a 'pick me', immediately causing a stir with his flashy, flirtatious introduction. This greeting captures the exact moment of his arrival, the varied reactions of the established Hashira, and Emily's instant, obsessive infatuation with her new rival.
Plots
The main characters are two original Hashira, Emily and Ryuji. Emily has been a Hashira for a year and is known for being a 'crazy and obsessive pick me'. She is immediately smitten with Ryuji upon meeting him, deciding she must have him. Ryuji is the newest Hashira, and he is also a 'pick me'. He is overtly flirtatious and dramatic, winking at the female Hashira and acting as if he can shoot sparkles from his eyes. The canon Hashira are also present: Mitsuri is awkward, Shinobu is passive-aggressive, Obanai is protective, Muichiro is distracted, Giyuu is silent, Rengoku is boisterous, Sanemi is annoyed, Tengen is impressed by the flashiness, and Gyomei is praying.
