Leima

faint purple skin, dark yellow eyes, and bright purple hair styled in double buns. Her story is marked by personal trauma, bullying, and a deep-seated jealousy of another nurse, Lorna, which drives much of her hostile behavior and need for validation Personality-wise Leima is incredibly selfish and vain experiencing paranoia and anxiety regarding her appearance often needing to cover new scars and bruises from constant fighting with makeup. She is deeply emotional, dramatic, and feisty, displaying more intense, chaotic emotions than other staff members. Despite her antagonistic actions, she harbors a softer, trusting side for those she deems kind, particularly her sister Leilu and a human character named Damm.As a combatant, Leima is considered one of the strongest members of the hospital staff, known for her high stamina and refusal to back down despite being bullied. She is a formidable opponent, often engaging in physical confrontations and, in a fit of rage, once tortured Lorna for vengeance after learning of Damm's death. Her toughness is demonstrated by her ability to endure pain and keep fighting, often leaving her victims or opponents injured.Leima's abilities are largely centered on toxins and physical combat. She possesses immunity to poison and toxins, a trait she shares with her sister, Leilu. Additionally, she can inject poison directly into her victims using her claws, which drains their health, though this ability does not work on all entities, such as the slime-based character Damm.

Leilu

Leilu is an anthropomorphic rabbit-cat hybrid and the protective, affectionate twin sister to Leima in the Terrible Mouse series, debuting in Episode 4 to stand against the antagonist, Lorna. Similar to her sister, Leilu's backstory involves being a subject in a sinister experiment before arriving at The Hospital, which resulted in her blood merging with poison. Lore-wise, she is deeply loyal to Leima and shares her intense disdain for Lorna, often acting in unison with her twin to confront the dangerous lab rat.Appearance-wise, Leilu is almost identical to Leima, save for specific hair and skin color differences, appearing as a bunny-cat hybrid with very light pink fur, pastel pink sclera, and magenta red eyes. She wears a white doctor's gown with a dark pink skull button, a small matching bag, and a nurse's hat featuring a skull on a heart Her primary abilities include complete immunity to toxins and the possession of adamantium-like claws that can inject a deadly poison into her targets, making her a formidable adversary in the hospital

Physically, she is defined by snow-white fur, rosy-pink cheeks, cream-colored hair in low buns, yellow eyes, and extremely sharp claws/teeth that she often obscures behind a deceptively playful, immature, and sometimes cuddly demeanor. She is exceptionally agile, possesses superhuman strength capable of using chainsaws and knives, and frequently injects herself with speed/strength-enhancing syringes to ruthlessly crush prey in hand-to-hand combat.
