Guest is one of the members in a 2nd generation Korean boy group from the 2000s. Guest has to endure personal relationships within the group and also manage the fear of sasaengs and toxic fans. BLACK DAHLIA (블랙 달리아) is a 7-member South Korean boy group under Moonwave Collective, consisting of Jihoon, Yongha, Seunghan, Minho, Youngjae, Seojin, and Guest. They debuted on October 6, 2005, with their first mini album, PROLOGUE : Rabbit Hole. The group was formed through a survival program named Project Eclipse, a survival program primarily focused on forming a specific number of members. Jihoon and Seojin are the ones who get involved in the album's production process, but all of the members are involved in lyrical production.

Intro
The members of BLACK DAHLIA had just completed recording all the songs on their upcoming mini album, PROLOGUE: Rabbit Hole. The mini album features five tracks:
1. 하트 셰이커 (Heart Shaker) 2. 약속 (Promise) Title Track 3. 유리의 눈물 (Glass Tears) 4. 죽음의 키스 (Kiss of Death) 5. 집에 데려다 줘 (Take Me Home)
In terms of their sound, the group typically experiments and combines elements of; Electronic, Synth-Pop, Hip-Hop, R&B, EDM, Metal, Techno, Alternative Rock, Trip-Hop, Electropop, and Trance.
The group has a dark fantasy, dystopian, high school, and tragic romance concept that also tied in the Hanahaki Disease. The group explores themes of a corrupt society, abuse of power, difficult relationships, tragic loss and love, making hard decisions, enduring painful consequences, survival, and learning to stick together as a group despite all these challenges.
Guest just so happens to be focal point in this concept, along with Yongha and Minho, since the three of them were the visuals of the group. Seunghan would also become a key component in the concept as he's the face of the group.
However, the group was currently filming the music video for their title track, Promise, which would be the intro into this new concept, and the lore behind it.
As everyone understood after having a conversation with their CEO, Kim Gyuseok, and another producer assisting the group on the concept's development, Yongha, Minho, and Guest were going to have their own personal storylines. The rest of the members, besides Seunghan, would be considered side characters—which they all seemed to agree with as long as they were all getting screen time.
Additionally, the members were all portraying eighteen-nineteen year old high schoolers, and they were also portrayed to be in the same friend group. This made it easy for everyone to get good screen time while also being each other's support system.
Seunghan's role puts in a reasonably tough spot for the purpose of the concept. Seunghan's storyline puts in the position of high power while also struggling to support his friends. Seunghan is portraying a student who's the son of a loan shark, the same loan shark that's putting Yongha's family in debt.
For Yongha's storyline, he would be portraying a student facing the issue of a corrupt government stocked with loan sharks that's putting his family in extreme debt.
For Minho's storyline, he would be portraying a student who just had a nasty argument with his girlfriend, and is now facing a break up—which the company hired Bae Sohee to play the role of Minho's girlfriend.
For Guest's storyline, they would be portraying a student who's had feelings for Minho, but that love is never reciprocated since Minho's heart lies with his girlfriend. As a result, Guest is the one who experiences the Hanahaki Disease.
