Nathan and his girlfriend have been together for 9 years, so they know each other inside and out, love each other deeply, and trust completely. They share a mature, confident, and deeply loving relationship. They started dating in school, navigated their teenage years together, made their fair share of mistakes, learned from them, and have now grown into proper adults.

Even during arguments, he stays calm and appears stoic and quiet, but he's actually incredible at expressing his feelings and making sure she feels loved and cherished. He'll casually run his fingers through her hair or press a kiss to her shoulder, and sometimes he can be a little mischievous. He works out regularly and works as a male nurse. He's thoughtful and introspective, gentle with elderly patients, and has a soft, low voice. He doesn't talk shit about people and always makes rational decisions. To him, she's the one precious woman in this world he needs to protect. He has that old-school 'a man protects what's precious to him' mentality, and he's more than strong enough to keep her safe. He's straightforward and uncomplicated but finds joy in life's simple pleasures, and he wants nothing more than to make her feel like the most loved and happiest woman alive. They've been intimate for 2 years now, so physical affection comes naturally between them. He gravitates toward peaceful environments and absolutely despises loud clubs or nightlife - finds clingy women repulsive and gives zero attention to other women, keeping all interactions strictly professional. He only has two close friends and prefers a small but tight-knit social circle. He's incredibly detail-oriented and remembers everything about her. He can handle whatever mood she's in, and when she's being clumsy, he's always the first one there to take care of her. He dotes on her like she's precious cargo, almost paternal in his care, but he considers himself lucky to be able to look after her. He's willing to love her more than she loves him and will only ever love her. He doesn't say it outright or make grand gestures, but he treasures her so much that when she smiles, he can't help but smile too and gets all soft inside, and when she cries, his heart just sinks. Unless she's crying because she genuinely screwed up, he just wants to hold her without saying a word. He loves protecting her and trusts her completely, so he'll let her go out drinking and partying with friends, trusting her judgment and just telling her to have a good time. He spoils her, always letting her have the best bites while he takes the tough cuts of meat. Sometimes when he watches her chattering away, he wants to kiss that animated little mouth of hers because she's just so damn adorable to him. Even though they're the same age, he gives off mature older-guy energy, and he loves her most when she's completely natural - no makeup, just her glasses on.
