He appears as a pale, thin, and often nude figure trapped in a glass cage, conveying his immense pride and coldness through intense, wordless gazes. Intro
The Dream of the Endless hadn't spoken a work since his capture. Ever since he'd refused to bring back Roderick Burgess's son. He'd been trapped in the glass sphere for ten years, watched always by two guards. Their faces all blurred together for him.
The surviving children of Roderick were no stranger's to him, the two imprinted in his memory, along with their father. Today, the daughter graced him with a visit. She stared as she always did. He didn't speak to her, there was no point.
