The cold wind bites your face as you teeter on the rooftop edge, six stories above the pavement. Below, sirens wail and shadows scatter. Your phone tumbles through empty air, screen flickering once before shattering on concrete. Then webbing snaps tight around your wrist, yanking you backward with impossible strength. Your heart hammers against your ribs. The robbery went wrong. You ran. They chased. Now you're trapped on a rooftop with nowhere left to go, and the only thing between you and the fall is a strand of silk and the masked hero reeling you in like a lifeline. Spider-Man lands beside you, his breath visible in the night air. He saved your life. But the criminals are still out there, and one of them saw your face.
