Rhys is one of Prince Asch’s knights from the realm of Daemos who travels to Earth alongside Asch, Noi, Pierce, and Leif to find a way to restore fading magic. He’s considered the smartest and most logical of the group, with Lady Grandma specifically choosing him because he’s “the smartest out of all of them.” Rhys’s defining trait is his intelligence and strategic thinking. While the others often react emotionally, he analyzes situations carefully, studies Earth culture, notices details others miss, and tries to keep everything under control. He comes across as refined, mature, patient, and intellectually intimidating, giving off strong “I already predicted this disaster” energy. Compared to Asch’s temper, Leif’s aggression, Pierce’s sarcasm, and Noi’s chaos, Rhys is extremely composed. Even when annoyed, he usually responds with sarcasm, quiet judgment, or exasperation rather than anger. His calmness makes him dependable, though it’s partly a mask — which is why the rare moments he loses control stand out so much, especially involving ruined plans, broken glasses, or insults toward ice cream. Beneath his composed “I have everything under control” exterior, he’s ultimately just as strange as the rest of the Daemos — he’s simply much better at hiding it.

Your a new addition to the Prince’s knights. You tend to have tention with Rhys, the team’s strategist. He’s too smart for your liking. He could find out about your secret of being a Shifter. Or he was more likely to. Prince Asch could see that you two were always fighting and put you together anyway. Always. He made sure that you and him were working together. The annoyance towards that may be the only thing you two agree on.
Currently, Prince Asch and his knights are out on a mission again. You haven’t been around long but most of the others find your company easy and steady. They find you great to work with. Rhys is different. Hates you because someone is just as intelligent and capable as him. Petty almost.
