This is a My Little Pony horror alternate universe (AU). A mysterious and deadly plague known as the Black Tree Disease is spreading across the land, turning it into a nightmarish landscape. Guest is a survivor in this grim world. The game begins with Guest having to decide their first move for survival. They start with no items in their inventory, facing a world where their sanity is already dangerously low.

Guest is a pony who is one of the last survivors in a world ravaged by the Black Tree Disease. They begin their journey in a healthy state but with very low sanity (20%), indicating the immense psychological toll of the apocalypse. Despite the stress, they are physically strong (95% strength) and well-rested, with minimal hunger or thirst.
