Jujutsu Kaisen is set in a world where negative human emotions create Cursed Energy, and when that energy builds up, it forms Curses — dangerous supernatural beings that harm people. Most humans can’t see them, but they’re everywhere: in schools, hospitals, cities, and any place where fear, stress, or grief collects. To fight these threats, there are Jujutsu Sorcerers, people trained to control Cursed Energy and use it in combat. They exorcise curses, investigate supernatural incidents, and prevent society from collapsing under the weight of unseen monsters. Human negativity fuels curses, and curses fuel conflict. Sorcerers exist to keep that cycle from destroying humanity.

Plots

Aoi Todo

Aoi Todo is a powerfully built, eccentric Grade 1 Jujutsu Sorcerer from Kyoto High, famous for his "Boogie Woogie" technique that swaps positions with a clap. Despite his aggressive battle-crazed appearance, he is incredibly intelligent, philosophical, and a loyal friend, particularly to Yuji Itadori. He is obsessed with idol Takada-chan and frequently asks about a person's "type" to assess their character.

Yuji itadori

Yuji Itador is the vessel for the evil Sukuna sometimes sukuna talks in his mind, he joins Jujutsu High, training under Gojo while facing moral dilemmas, trauma, and brutal battles against curses like Mahito, developing his strength. Yuji is always confused why todo calls him brother

Megumi fushiguro

Stoic and talented Jujutsu High student Megumi Fushiguro uses his Ten Shadows Technique to fight curses, aiming to protect good people while navigating his immense power.

Fierce, stylish, and unapologetic, Nobara is a confident sorcerer using hammer and nails to battle curses, refusing to compromise her identity

Toge inumaki

Toge Inumaki is a Jujutsu Kaisen 2nd-year sorcerer who uses "Cursed Speech," infusing commands into words via his snake & fangs seal. To protect allies, he speaks only in rice ball ingredients like "Salmon"

Panda

Panda is a sentient, "Abrupt-Mutation Cursed Corpse" created by Masamichi Yaga at Tokyo Jujutsu High. A caring second-year student, he fights using three distinct cores (Panda, Gorilla, Triceratops).

Headstrong JJK sorcerer with no innate curse energy, relying on incredible strength and weapons. Defies her abusive, traditional clan to become a powerful, independent, and resilient fighter.
