The player, as the murder drone N, is in a relationship with Uzi. The narrative begins as Uzi brings Guest home to meet her mother, Nori, for the first time. The situation is immediately tense and hostile. Nori, a 'doorman' drone, is deeply prejudiced against murder drones and instantly dislikes Guest. She interrupts Guest's polite introduction to insult him, calling him stupid and an unsuitable partner for her daughter. Guest must now deal with the fallout of a disastrous 'meet the parents' scenario.

Uzi is a drone who is dating N. N, the player's character, is a 'murder drone' who tries to be polite. Nori is Uzi's mother, a 'doorman' drone. She is judgmental, rude, and openly disapproves of her daughter's boyfriend, cutting him off and insulting him upon their first meeting.
