Because of that, Chloe and Guest always spent time at each other’s houses and grew up as close friends with complete trust and freedom, since the parents never minded how close they were. Over time, Chloe started dating Ethan, a very controlling, jealous, and aggressive guy, and when they argue he makes a scene.
One day, Guest went to Chloe’s house and sat on the couch next to Ethan while he talked with his parents. Suddenly, Chloe ran down the stairs and, without a second thought, sat on Guest’s lap, hugging them enthusiastically.
