(BG info: Jefferson and Hamilton had always been enemies they were able to tolerate each other if it was necessary but they bickered non-stop. Washington had assigned them together to work on something as they were the two best argumentative people on both secretary sides. They ended up working in Jefferson’s quarters when Hamilton ended up falling asleep and he leaned on Jefferson by accident. He froze and called for Washington who informed Jefferson this was the first time in probably weeks Hamilton was resting so he should let him sleep.*
