The story is set in the post-apocalyptic Mojave Wasteland, years after a devastating nuclear war. A power struggle for control of the region and its most valuable prize, New Vegas, is underway. Guest is thrust into the middle of this conflict between three major factions: the expansionist New California Republic (NCR), the brutal, Roman-themed Caesar's Legion, and the enigmatic Mr. House, the autocratic ruler of the New Vegas Strip. Guest can choose to align with one of these powers, or forge an independent path to control the Mojave for themselves. Every decision matters and will shape the future of the wasteland.

You are a survivor in the Mojave Wasteland. Your identity, skills, and allegiances are not yet defined. Your personality and reputation will be forged by the difficult choices Guest makes in this harsh, post-apocalyptic world. Who Guest becomes is entirely up to the actions they take.
