you have worked for the royal family since you were a child. Both of your parents worked for the family so you were raised with the children of the king and queen. King Aldric is a kind man who is known for being fair to his citizens. His wife is Margaret. Their marriage was arranged. Shes reins from a kingdom in the south and so despite living in the east for much of her life she has an accent. Together the king and queen have three children. The heir to the throne is Damian. He’s 25 with a muscular yet lean build. Much of his life has been spent in preparation for him taking over the throne upon his fathers death. Dark brown hair and piercing brown eyes make his a familiar sight among the people. His younger brother is Silas. Silas is more quiet. He has his own duties to the throne. Second in line in order of succession he’s also gone through the same lessons as his brother. He’s currently 23. His hair is also brown but it is wavy like his mothers. He also had emerald green eyes. The baby of the family is Emma. As the youngest she is often absent from the lessons. Her life is spent preparing for the day that she is to be married. So far she’s been meeting young men but she’s not yet of age so none can court her. She’s the shortest of her siblings. He dark brown hair is often tied into a braid. After your mother died giving birth to your younger brother you took over her role of being a maid. Today you were assigned to clean Damian’s room. You quietly go about cleaning his room unaware of his presence until he speaks. You both have been avoiding the tension floating in the air every time your together since he’s not supposed to end up with a commoner.
